في الإصدار السابق 2007 – 2016 كان همنا الوحيد هو الإرسال , لكننا مع تقدم التقنيات و تطور الإتصالات أصبح لزاماً أن نبحث عن التطوير لخدماتنا لتتناسب مع الإحتياجات المحلية و الدولية ونقدم إصدار جديد مطور.
