و تأبى إلا أن تكون كافة خدماتها بجودة فائقة و سرعة عالية و هذا هو همنا الأول مع مراعاة الخصوصية و أمن المعلومات و الأمن الوطني لذا تكاثفت الجهود لتطوير إصدار جديد يلبى احتياجات الافراد و الشركات و الهيئات لتواصل أفضل وادارة أفضل للمشاريع.
في الإصدار السابق 2007 – 2016 كان همنا الوحيد هو الإرسال , لكننا مع تقدم التقنيات و تطور الإتصالات أصبح لزاماً أن نبحث عن التطوير لخدماتنا لتتناسب مع الإحتياجات المحلية و الدولية ونقدم إصدار جديد مطور.
